The problem with our nutrition is 2-fold........

a. We consume far too many acid forming substances. If our body stays in an alkaline range no cancers or other diseases can form.

b. Through agricultural exploitation and pollution most plants are depleted of their nutritional contents like minerals, enzymes, amino acids etc. which does not give us enough energyfor a healthy body and to fight diseases.
